The Workday Organizational Change & Training Consultant role will provide value to the team and organization by pursuing goals, operating with a client-first mindset, and exemplifying core values in an effort to achieve meaningful results.
Responsibilities:
A comprehensive understanding of CYNERGY, PROSCI, and OC&T methodologies is required as evidenced by successful development and delivery of project deliverables and directing clients towards best practices for their own projects.
Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, as evidenced by managing client relationships, providing best practices and recommendations, and escalating project risks.
This role supports and drives internal initiatives; suggests internal projects that drive broader improvements impacting areas outside the immediate scope.
Regularly produces quality work; provides feedback and support to junior resources on project work.
Serves as a key contributor to sales efforts, including responding to RFPs, attending scoping calls, creating estimates, and participating in Orals on a limited basis.
Mentors new hires on organizational change and training best practices.
Skills & Requirements:
At least 1 year's experience with Workday
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
Has successfully completed end-to-end projects, serving as the lead
Workday Core HCM or Core Financials certification is advantageous
