**Job Overview**

We are seeking a skilled Organizational Change Manager to join our team. As an expert in change management, you will play a key role in driving organizational transformation and ensuring seamless execution of business initiatives.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Gather and analyze customer impact data to inform change approaches
  • Develop and deliver effective change strategies to engage stakeholders and ensure successful transition
  • Forecast and plan for end-to-end initiative change management design and delivery success
  • Collaborate with multiple stakeholders' groups to ensure adherence to customer communication standards

**Requirements:**

  • Minimum 3 years of complex organizational change management experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to deal at all levels of the organization
  • Ability to drive end-to-end behavior change with frontline employees
  • Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills

**Working Hours:**

Monday to Friday
