Organizational Change & Training Expert

 

Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as an Organizational Change and Training expert. As a key member of our consulting practice, you will be responsible for driving organizational change and training initiatives that deliver meaningful results.

You will contribute to the development and delivery of OC&T activities and project deliverables using proven methodologies such as CYNERGY, PROSCI, and OC&T. Your expertise will guide clients towards best practices and ensure the successful implementation of organizational change projects.

Additionally, you will manage client relationships effectively, provide recommendations, and escalate project risks appropriately. You will also support and initiate internal OC&T projects that promote broader organizational improvements.

As a seasoned professional in your field, you will produce quality work consistently and mentor junior team members. You will also assist in sales efforts, including responding to requests for proposals, participating in scoping calls, creating estimates, and attending oral presentations as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 1 year of experience with Workday
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Successfully led 1-3 end-to-end OC&T projects
  • Current Workday Core HCM or Core Financials certification is a plus
