Job Description

 

We are seeking a highly skilled Organizational Transformation Lead to join our team. As an Organizational Transformation Lead, you will play a key role in driving end-to-end change management on large programs of work.

 

The successful candidate will have substantial experience leading delivery of organizational transformation initiatives in a complex environment. You will be responsible for developing and executing change management strategies, facilitating large forums with complex stakeholder groups, and driving sustainable change.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute change management components of plans, including change impact assessment, change strategy and approach, communications planning and execution, learning planning and execution, transition to business as usual (BAU), identifying change risks and mitigating these.
  • Assess capability uplift required across impacted teams and conduct learning needs analyses for impacted stakeholders.
  • Work with internal communications teams to develop communications plans that align with the organization's overall strategic direction and broader communications activities.

 

Requirements

 

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Substantial experience leading delivery of end-to-end change management on large programs of work in a complex environment.
  • Demonstrated facilitation skills and ability to lead large forums with complex stakeholder groups.
  • Australian citizenship with eligibility to gain a Baseline Security clearance.
