Organizational Transformation Expert

The Workday Organizational Change & Training Consultant role is a unique opportunity to contribute to the success of our clients.

This position involves developing and delivering OC&T activities and project deliverables using CYNERGY, PROSCI, and OC&T methodologies.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and execute effective training programs to enhance client capabilities.
  • Manage client relationships and provide recommendations to achieve optimal results.
  • Support internal projects that drive organizational improvements and promote company values.
  • Mentor junior team members and ensure high-quality work.
  • Assist in sales efforts by participating in scoping calls, creating estimates, and attending oral presentations as needed.
Skills & Qualifications:
  • At least 1 year of experience with Workday HCM or Financials.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Successful end-to-end project delivery.
  • Current Workday Core certification is a plus.
