We are seeking a highly skilled
Organizational Transformation Expert
to lead our clients through strategic change and training initiatives. The ideal candidate will have experience in developing and delivering high-impact organizational change and training programs using industry best practices methodologies.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop Strategic Solutions:
Create tailored recommendations for clients to address business performance gaps and drive transformative change.
Build Strong Client Relationships:
Foster trust and communication with clients, providing expert guidance and escalating project risks as needed.
Promote Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Drive broader organizational improvements through internal projects and foster a culture of collaboration and innovation.
Mentor Junior Team Members:
Develop the skills and knowledge of junior team members to ensure their growth and success.
Contribute to Sales Efforts:
Participate in RFPs, scoping calls, estimate creation, and oral presentations to support business development.
Support New Hires:
Provide mentorship and guidance to new hires as a Training or Culture Buddy for the OC&T practice.
Essential Skills and Requirements:
Workday Experience:
Minimum 1 year of experience with Workday implementation and management.
Education:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience in a relevant field.
Leadership Experience:
Proven track record of successfully leading 1-3 end-to-end organizational change projects.
Certifications:
Current Workday Core HCM or Core Financials certification is an asset.
