We are seeking passionate individuals with experience in the audiovisual and multimedia industry to join our team at EBR, a dynamic company with a strong global presence since 2003.

This is an exciting career opportunity with global exposure within the telecommunications industry based in Sydney CBD. As a Sales Executive, you will take pride in helping expand our market presence by building our outbound sales activities.

  • Develop, methodically execute and report against a written business development plan.
  • Research target markets and clientele to identify new opportunities.
  • Build and maintain productive relationships with referring parties, including project management companies and main contractors.
  • Ensure client needs are responded to in a professional and timely manner, while managing their expectations.
  • Identify and attend events related to our target industries to establish connections and generate leads.
  • Promote a consistent message in the market about our offerings and values to increase brand awareness.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Regularly and proactively report to directors with quantitative measures of activity and success in building referrer relationships and event activity.
  • Demonstrate the completeness and quality of data maintained in our CRM system.
  • Meet a monthly target contribution margin of generated qualified leads each month.
  • Work with the sales, production, and administration teams to achieve customer satisfaction, profit generation, and meet long-term business goals aligned with company vision and values.
What You Need:
  • A good command of English.
  • At least 5 years of business development or sales experience in technology/audiovisual.
  • Selling technology solutions into financial clients would be an advantage but not essential.
  • A background in ICT is advantageous.
  • Excellent cross-cultural communication skills, including formal and informal presentations, listening ability, and effective escalation of issues.
  • Excellent self-organizational skills.
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work under deadline pressure.
  • Able to explain complex solutions in simple terms.
