About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Global Business Development Lead to join our Amazon team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our global customer relationships with top Retail and Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) companies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and revenue expansion
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior executives and key decision-makers at our target accounts
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Product Development, to deliver tailored solutions and meet customer needs
  • Maintain deep industry knowledge and stay up-to-date on market trends and competitor activity
  • Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in direct sales or business development in software, cloud, or SaaS markets, selling to C-level executives
  • 10+ years of business development, partner development, sales, or alliances management experience
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and revenue expansion
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with senior executives and key stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
