Site Quality Supervisor Job Description

The Site Quality Supervisor is responsible for overseeing site quality processes, implementing quality control measures, and identifying areas for improvement. This role will be located at a construction site in Australia and requires the ability to work night shifts.

  • About the Role
  • The successful candidate will have a university degree in QA/QC or equivalent industry experience. They will be able to drive project success with a focus on HSE, quality, schedule, and budget.
  • The ideal candidate will have previous demonstrated experience in quality for large hydro power projects or in similar industries. Construction and/or E&M experience is required.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Support and ensure that the implementation of the Site Quality System in accordance with contractual requirements.
  2. Implement a continuous improvement system making sure that Root Cause Analysis and lessons learned are properly initiated and maintained at site.
  3. Close cooperation and coordination of all quality activities with the site supervisors and contractors.

Requirements

  • University degree in QA/QC or equivalent industry experience.
  • Able to drive project success with a focus on HSE, quality, schedule, and budget.
  • Previous demonstrated experience in quality for large hydro power projects or in similar industries.
  • Proficient technical and operational knowledge of QA/QC systems aligned with ISO:9001.
