Principal Quality Assurance Specialist

As a quality assurance professional, you will be responsible for overseeing site quality processes, implementing control measures and identifying areas for improvement. Your primary goal is to ensure that all work is completed safely, in accordance with established standards, customer requirements, schedule and budget.
- Support the implementation of a quality management system aligned with international standards.
- Develop and maintain accurate records of quality control processes, inspection results and corrective actions taken.
- Collaborate with site installation teams and engineering departments to ensure seamless execution of projects.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to assess compliance with quality standards.
Requirements:
- University degree in quality assurance or equivalent industry experience.
- Proven ability to drive project success by prioritizing health, safety, environmental considerations, quality, schedule and cost.
- Demonstrated expertise in quality assurance for large infrastructure projects or similar industries.
- Strong understanding of ISO:9001 quality management systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing in English in an international team setting.
Site Conditions:
- A typical roster of 14 days in, 7 days out.
- A typical work schedule of 10 hours per day, 7 days a week.
- Camp accommodation is provided.
