Job Title

As a quality assurance specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the site meets high standards of quality and safety.

Our ideal candidate is an experienced professional with a strong background in QA/QC principles and practices. They should possess excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively in a team environment.

  • Implement quality control systems to identify areas for improvement.
  • Work closely with the site installation team and engineering to ensure safe work completion, adherence to quality standards, and customer requirements.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality plan and contractual requirements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Quality Assurance or equivalent industry experience.
  • Ability to drive project success with a focus on HSE, quality, schedule, and budget.
  • Previous demonstrated experience in quality for large hydro power projects or similar industries.
  • Proficient technical and operational knowledge of QA/QC systems aligned with ISO:9001.
  • Collaborative team player with a customer- and people-oriented approach.

Benefits:

  • A typical roster of 14 days in, 7 days out.
  • A typical work schedule of 10 hours per day, 7 days a week.
  • Camp accommodation is provided.
Qualifications

University degree in QA/QC or equivalent industry experience.

Ability to drive project success with a focus on HSE, quality, schedule, and budget.

Previous demonstrated experience in quality for large hydro power projects or similar industries.

Proficient technical and operational knowledge of QA/QC systems aligned with ISO:9001.

Collaborative team player with a customer- and people-oriented approach.

Fully computer literate with proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office.
