About the Position

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to support the implementation of quality processes and identify areas for improvement.

The project aims to provide dispatchable, on-demand renewable power to the national electricity market. This role will contribute to its success.

  • Support the development and maintenance of quality systems according to policy requirements.
  • Implement a continuous improvement system, including root cause analysis and lessons learned.
  • Collaborate with site teams and contractors to ensure quality activities are coordinated.
  • Work closely with installation teams to ensure work is completed safely, meeting quality standards, customer requirements, and schedules.
  • Evaluate QA/QC inspections and tests according to the quality plan, coordinating resources as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of quality control processes, inspection results, and corrective actions taken.
  • Qualify personnel and maintain related documentation.
  • Participate in nonconformance and technical change requests, driving timely completion of QA corrective actions.
  • Compile and archive site quality documentation.
  • Verify measurement tools and track compliance.
  • Conduct site audits and inspections.
  • Support site teams with QA processes, planning, procedures, and field supervision tasks.
