Quality Assurance Manager

We are seeking a dedicated professional to fill the role of Quality Assurance Manager. As a Site Supervisor, Quality, you will play a crucial part in our team's success by ensuring high-quality processes and implementing quality control measures.
About the Job:- You will be responsible for developing and implementing a continuous improvement system, ensuring Root Cause Analysis and lessons learned are properly initiated and maintained at site.
- Collaborate with site supervisors and contractors to ensure smooth coordination and teamwork.
- Maintain accurate records of quality control processes, inspection results, and corrective actions taken.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our site installation team to ensure safe completion of work, meeting quality standards, customer requirements, and schedule. You will also perform QA/QC inspections and tests according to the quality plan, secure resources, and coordinate tests performed by specialized service providers.
Your Skills and Qualifications:- A degree in a relevant field such as engineering, quality management, or business administration.
- Proven experience in quality assurance and control, preferably in a similar industry.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
