Transforming Quality Assurance in a Dynamic Environment
Job DescriptionAs a Site Quality Supervisor - Night Shift, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standards of quality control and process implementation on site.
You will be responsible for monitoring site quality processes, implementing quality control measures, and identifying areas for improvement. Your tasks will include supporting the Voith Company Quality Policy, coordinating with site supervisors and contractors, and working closely with the site installation team to ensure work is completed safely and in accordance with quality standards.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in QA/QC, excellent communication skills, and the ability to drive project success with a focus on HSE, quality, schedule, and budget.
Required Skills and Qualifications- University degree in QA/QC or equivalent industry experience
- Proficient technical and operational knowledge of QA/QC systems aligned with ISO:9001
- Collaborative team player with a customer- and people-oriented approach, accountable, and solution-driven
- Proactive mindset in anticipating challenges and delivering strategic problem-solving solutions
