Job Description">

This role involves maintaining and optimizing the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) database to ensure accurate data and efficient system configuration.

As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing and updating the CMMS asset database to reflect current assets and align with organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage work order management, including scheduling, assigning, and monitoring progress.
  • Oversee preventative maintenance schedules are followed and optimized within the CMMS.
  • Analyze CMMS data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
  • Provide training and support to workshops users on CMMS functionality and best practices.
  • Integrate the CMMS with other systems (SAP) and identify opportunities for system improvements.
  • Generate reports on maintenance activities, costs, and performance metrics.
  • Communicate effectively with various stakeholders, including Maintenance Compliance Team, Maintenance staff, external service providers.

Required Skills and Qualifications">

• Expertise in CMMS systems: In-depth knowledge of CMMS systems, ideally with hands-on experience in implementation or optimization.

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in data entry, system administration, and report generation.

• Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvement.

• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with stakeholders and deliver training.

• Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to troubleshoot CMMS issues and find solutions.

• Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, computer science), a trade certificate with extensive CMMS exposure.
