Your Role
The Invoicing Officer will support our Accounting/Finance team with organizing and coordinating the client billing process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organize and coordinate the client billing process with the client service team
- Prepare draft bills in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy of client billing requirements and rates
- Send finalized bills to clients and file associated correspondence
- Maintain current documentation of client requirements and billing practices
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Assist with client inquiries when required
- Perform other duties as required by management
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Effective time management skills
- A proactive and can-do attitude
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills, including V lookups and Pivot tables
- Experience with ERP systems, SAP experience preferred but not essential
- Attention to detail
What We Offer
We offer a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Salary: $60,000 per annum
