Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced accounts administrator to join our client in the logistics space on a part-time, temporary contract.
Your Role
In this position, you will report directly to the Assistant Accountant and be responsible for various tasks including accurate and efficient data entry, clearing invoice backlogs, maintaining up-to-date records, and assisting with finance-related administrative tasks.
Main Responsibilities:
- Process and maintain accurate financial records
- Clearing and managing invoicing
- Assist with finance-related tasks such as excel reporting
- Perform ad-hoc tasks as required by management
About You
To succeed in this role, you will need to have prior experience in accounts administration (AR, AP, data entry), intermediate excel skills (v-lookup, pivot table), a proactive 'can do' attitude, and strong attention to detail.
Location and Salary
This role is based in Australia and offers a competitive salary of approximately $50,000 - $60,000 AUD per annum, depending on experience. The salary is negotiable and may vary based on qualifications and background.
