Role Overview

This role offers a competitive salary package of $90,000 - $110,000 per annum, plus benefits that recognise your experience and offer flexibility and financial advantages to help you achieve your financial goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing administrative support to the Project Manager and team.
  • Managing workforce systems, including competency management and payroll.
  • Maintaining document control and formatting Safety and Health Management System (SHMS) documents.
  • Keeping personal training records and updating the competency management database.
  • Handling maintenance administration tasks such as filing servicing reports, work orders, and daily reports.
Requirements:

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Operations Coordinator with over 5 years of experience in Administration/Payroll. The ideal candidate will have advanced proficiency in Office 365, experience with workforce management systems, strong interpersonal and communication skills, motivation, initiative, and the ability to work independently with limited supervision and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
