Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team in North Sydney. This is a permanent full-time opportunity that will see you working closely with our store staff to ensure the smooth operation of our office.

JB Hi-Fi Limited is one of Australasia's largest and most trusted retailer groups, specialising in consumer electronics, home entertainment, small appliances, and white goods.
As an Administrative Coordinator, your main responsibilities will include:
- Daily cash count and balancing, preparation of daily bank deposit and review of weekly timesheets for payroll processing
- Developing and maintaining accurate employee records ensuring that all required documentation is compliant and securely stored
- Supporting the implementation and effective operation of any process improvements that occur within the store
You will be responsible for performing administrative tasks, including:
- Daily financial reconciliations
- Maintaining accurate records and files
- Providing excellent customer service
About You
We are looking for someone with excellent time management skills, strong communication/interpersonal skills, and a good understanding of finance functions. You should also be comfortable working with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
