Talent Acquisition Specialist - Supply Chain Logistics

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in supply chain logistics.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies, identifying and recruiting potential candidates using various sourcing methods, evaluating resumes and applications, conducting interviews and sorting through applicants to fill open positions, assessing applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions, and completing paperwork for new hires.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop strategic recruitment plans to attract top talent in supply chain logistics
  • Sources and recruits qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks
  • Evaluates resumes, cover letters, and references to identify the most suitable candidates for open positions
  • Conducts interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and fit for the role
  • Collaborates with hiring managers to understand their needs and preferences for candidates

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or Engineering
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist in supply chain logistics
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS)
