Supply Chain Recruitment Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Melbourne. This permanent role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a boutique professional HR Consultancy.
Our ideal candidate will have formal qualifications in Business, Logistics or Engineering and proven direct experience as a talent acquisition specialist within supply chain logistics. They must possess excellent understanding of recruitment processes and proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS). Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to identify and recruit potential candidates using various sourcing methods.
- Evaluate resumes and applications to conduct interviews and sort through applicants to fill open positions.
- Assess applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions and complete paperwork for new hires.
- Contribute to business development and client relationship management, inputting into the company's services and future directions.
- Formal qualifications in Business, Logistics or Engineering.
- Proven direct experience as a talent acquisition specialist within supply chain logistics (mandatory).
- Excellent understanding of recruitment processes.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and also part of a team.
- Strong decision-making skills.
- Deep understanding of 3PL, company-based Supply Chain, Warehousing, and Logistics (mandatory).
- Interest and ability to approach new clients and manage clients ongoing.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with HR Consulting professionals.
- Continuous improvement approach to work processes.
- Must have working rights in Australia.
- Work in a boutique professional HR consultancy.
