We are seeking a seasoned Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in delivering innovative recruitment solutions to clients across various industries.

- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet client needs
- Source, evaluate, and recruit top talent using multiple sourcing methods
- Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to ensure the best fit for open positions
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to deliver exceptional service
The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of recruitment processes, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS). Additionally, they should have a proven track record of success in talent acquisition, preferably in Supply Chain Logistics.
Requirements:- Formal qualifications in Business, Logistics, or Engineering
- Proven direct experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist within Supply Chain Logistics (mandatory)
- Excellent understanding of recruitment processes and principles
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
