Overview of the Role

Key Responsibilities:

  7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Formal qualifications in Business, Logistics, or Engineering.
  • Proven experience as a talent acquisition specialist within supply chain logistics.
  • Excellent understanding of recruitment processes and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • Deep understanding of 3PL, company-based supply chain, warehousing, and logistics principles.
