This role involves developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies, identifying and recruiting potential candidates using various sourcing methods, evaluating resumes and applications, conducting interviews and assessments.
You will work closely with our HR professionals to improve work processes and have opportunities for growth and professional development.
Main Responsibilities- Develop Recruitment Strategies: Design and implement effective recruitment plans to attract top talent in the supply chain industry.
- Source Candidates: Utilize various sourcing methods to identify and recruit potential candidates who possess the required skills and qualifications.
- Evaluate Resumes and Applications: Assess candidate profiles, resumes, and cover letters to determine their suitability for the role.
- Conduct Interviews and Assessments: Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate skills, knowledge, and experience.
- Cultivate Business Relationships: Develop and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of services.
- Input into Company Services: Provide input into the development and improvement of company services and future directions.
- Formal Qualifications: Possess formal qualifications in Business, Logistics, or Engineering.
- Proven Experience: Have proven direct experience as a talent acquisition specialist within supply chain logistics.
- Recruitment Knowledge: Demonstrate an excellent understanding of recruitment processes and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Communication Skills: Possess outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Collaboration: Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Decision Making: Strong decision-making skills with the ability to analyze complex situations and make informed decisions.
- Supply Chain Expertise: Deep understanding of 3PL, company-based supply chain, warehousing, and logistics.
