Oracle SCM Functional Consultant

We are seeking a seasoned Supply Chain Logistics expert to spearhead talent acquisition and recruitment initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop innovative recruitment strategies for Supply Chain Logistics roles.
  • Foster partnerships with various sourcing channels, including applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Evaluate resumes and applications to ensure optimal fit for open positions.
  • Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders and clients to drive business growth.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure seamless onboarding processes.
Requirements:
  • Formal qualifications in Business, Logistics or Engineering.
  • Proven experience as a talent acquisition specialist within supply chain logistics (mandatory).
  • Excellent understanding of recruitment processes and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Proficiency in using ATS and strong decision-making skills.
  • Deep understanding of 3PL, company-based Supply Chain, Warehousing, and Logistics (mandatory).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with HR Consulting professionals and commit to continuous improvement.
  • Must have working rights in Australia.
