Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our Human Resources Consulting firm, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to identify and recruit top talent in the Supply Chain industry.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the Supply Chain industry
- Identify and recruit potential candidates using various sourcing methods, including social media, job boards, and professional networks
- Evaluate resumes and applications to assess candidate qualifications and fit for open positions
- Conduct interviews and sort through applicants to fill open positions
- Assess applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions
- Complete paperwork for new hires
- Capable of business development and client relationship management to grow our Supply Chain Logistics portfolio
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Formal qualifications in Business, Logistics or Engineering
- Proven direct experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist within Supply Chain Logistics (mandatory)
- Excellent understanding of recruitment processes and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and also part of a team
- Strong decision-making skills
- Deep understanding of 3PL, company-based Supply Chain, Warehousing, and Logistics (mandatory)
- Interest and ability to approach new clients and manage ongoing relationships
- Ability to work cross-functionally with HR Consulting professionals
- Continuous improvement approach to work processes
- Must have working rights in Australia
