Order Processing and Customer Support Specialist

This role presents an exceptional opportunity for a skilled professional to join our team as we seek to deliver accurate and timely processing of documentation orders.
Key responsibilities include maintaining up-to-date customer information, promptly and accurately processing orders through the Merlin system, managing BOLT customer orders, and escalating order issues to technical specialists when necessary.
The successful candidate will also be responsible for monitoring manufacture rejections and backorders, supporting administrative tasks such as archiving, purchasing, and credit/debit management, communicating requirements for issuing credits or debits where necessary, effectively managing returns in accordance with company policy, and ensuring product complaints and adverse events are appropriately recorded and escalated to site quality assurance.
A strong background in Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) is desirable but not essential. The ideal candidate will possess excellent data entry skills, experience working in a customer-focused environment, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced office setting.
