Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Order Support Specialist to join our team. As an Order Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing timely and accurate customer service to internal and external clients.

Your primary focus will be on managing subscription and order processes, including processing new and renewal orders, upgrades, and trials. You will also be responsible for setting up and managing customer access, providing usernames and passwords while maintaining IP addresses and jumpstarts.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and time management skills, as well as a keen eye for detail. Previous experience in a similar role is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage subscription and order processes, including processing new and renewal orders, upgrades, and trials.
  • Set up and manage customer access, providing usernames and passwords while maintaining IP addresses and jumpstarts.
  • Provide timely and accurate customer service to internal and external clients.

Requirements and Ideal Profile:
