Order Processing Professional
This is an exciting opportunity for experienced order processors to take on a challenging role in logistics management. As an Order Processing Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing customer service, sales administration, and general affairs.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage sales orders efficiently and accurately.
- Verify purchase orders and invoices are correctly matched by number and vendor.
- Resolve order and inventory issues by investigating data and history.
Warehouse Management:
- Ensure all daily outbound shipments are pulled, packed, and processed on time.
- Maintain accurate inventory locations and update documentation accordingly.
- Keep the warehouse and working area safe and hazard-free.
Sales Administration:
- Prepare meeting reports and sales reports as required.
- Generate information for senior management or other departments.
General Affairs:
- Oversee supplies by monitoring stock levels and anticipating requirements.
- Perform administrative tasks directed by senior management.
- Assist the Operations Manager with providing advice and information to employees on company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- 1 year of experience in order processing and customer support.
Licence/Certification:
- Driver's Licence and own car (required).
