Job Title: Customer Order Specialist

The Role involves ensuring the seamless processing of customer orders according to established company policies and procedures.

You will act as a key liaison between sales teams, third-party logistics providers, and customers to contribute to smooth sales operations and customer satisfaction.

  • Process customer orders in accordance with company guidelines and protocols.
  • Create and manage orders and invoicing for customers within the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.
  • Administer all sales support functions to guarantee achievement of company objectives.
  • Collaborate with finance, logistics, and sales teams for credit approvals, incoming shipments, and site deliveries.
  • Ccoordinate with service vendors for local works and ensure timely delivery of products to customers.

Key Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in sales administration or sales support roles.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems, preferably SAP, is an added advantage.
