Reporting into the Head of Supply Chain, you will be responsible for processing and tracking Skinstitut orders, liaising with the warehouse, managing monthly promotions and provide customised, high quality customer services to major accounts.

**As the Order Processing Specialist, you will be responsible for**:

- ** Systems Processing**:Be the end-to-end specialist for the management of all EDI and manual orders from the ordering platform through to SAP for our valued wholesale customers and consumers. Escalate issues and work on process improvement across the systems.
- ** Services**: Effect the end-to-end customer enquiry and resolution process across orders, returns, product information requests, order changes/ cancellations, stock requests etc.
- ** Brand Experience**: Deliver consistent brand experience and tone of voice across all customer communications.
- ** Personalised Service**: Delivery of a customised customer service experience for both B2B and B2C customers, supporting the eCommerce, retail and wholesale channels.
- ** Internal Collaboration**: Work closely with the Sales, Operations and eComm departments to ensure that orders are processed, customer queries are actioned and customer experience is maximised.

- Organised, thorough and have a keen eye for detail
- An interest in the retail and beauty industry is an advantage
- Experience with some of the said programs - Shopify, Squarespace, Stripe and Paypal, Shipstation, SAP is a must
