**About the business**

**About the role**
Management of the SAP EDI electronic orders and all order management and administration to our valued customers. Build effective relationships across the whole division liaising with Retail, Sales, Planning, Shipping and Warehouse teams. Take an active role in onboarding and training new team members and working on process improvements and new systems- Maintaining efficient core replenishment and indent order management through manual data entry and EDI on all orders.
- Processing, allocating and tracking of orders and returns and ensuring orders/claims are processed within the agreed strict response times.
- Creating and updating product related information in SAP and maintaining organised records.
- Investigating and resolving errors and order related issues within SAP.
- Weekly order maintenance and system clean up.
- Running relevant reports and distributing accordingly.
- Liaising with the warehouse regarding delivery time and special-order instructions.
- Managing customer rebate claims and maintaining organised and clear records.
- Authorising and processing credits, debits and returns and maintaining organised records.
- Sales Team support including reporting and administrative tasks to assist in reaching sales targets.
- Showing support and active participation in assistance to meet sales targets.
- Building effective relationships with General Management, Planning team, Production/Shipping team, Major Key Accounts, customers, Sales team, Supply Chain/Warehouse team, IT & Finance department.
- Participation at all meetings where required.
- Seeking areas of value enhancement to Customer Service processes/procedures.
- Achieving best customer service practices.
- Additional special projects and duties as required

**Skills and experience**
- SAP experience essential.
- EDI experience essential.
- Ability to train new team members and monitor their knowledge levels
- Advanced Excel skills, with the ability to complete pivot tables, run macros, utilize v-lookups and the filter and sort functions.
- Ability to deal with pressure and stress in a fast-paced, high volume wholesale environment.
- Show initiative and have integrity when processing orders and learning new systems.
- Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail especially with data entry.
- Proven ability to manage workload with competing priorities and strict deadlines.
- Analytical thinker, where problems are logically broken down, diagnosed and solutions are developed.
- Able to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently.
- Excellent decision-making skills, troubleshooting queries and able to follow up and liaise with stakeholders.
- Excellent oral and written communication to stakeholders.
