Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic outbound sales leader to join our team. As a key member of our call centre operations, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of 12 outbound appointment setters.

Your primary objective will be to drive performance through KPI management and continuous improvement strategies. You will ensure every customer interaction is handled with professionalism and care, managing escalations and supporting team problem-solving.

You will also be responsible for reporting on performance and sharing actionable insights with the call centre manager, as well as assisting in the recruitment, onboarding, and training of new staff.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Previous leadership experience in an outbound call centre or sales environment
  • Strong coaching and mentoring skills with a proven track record of hitting team targets
  • Excellent communication, motivation, and conflict resolution skills
  • Adaptability in a fast-changing environment with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
  • Experience implementing new ideas, tools, or technologies to lift team performance
