  • Achieving sales targets in line with budgets

  • Scheduling rosters to meet operational and cost efficiencies
  • Maintaining proactive stock management and store presentation to achieve visual excellence
  • Preparing weekly sales reports

  • Ensuring compliance to workplace health and safety

To be successful in this role, you will have a proven track record in retail management, 3 years experience in leading teams, and be available to work a flexible roster including public holidays when required.
