Job Title

We are seeking a Customer Success Representative to join our growing Direct Sales Operations team. This dynamic role plays a pivotal part in driving the growth of personal and auto loan products, building strong relationships with customers and ensuring a seamless experience from inquiry to completion.


You will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound calls, replying to customer email enquiries, live chat, and supporting customers throughout their loan journey.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Working with existing customers to secure faster and fairer loans in a multi-channel environment.
  • Managing CRM systems to update and manage customer interactions.
  • Meeting and exceeding sales targets while contributing to a positive team culture.
