Senior Employment Relations Expert

We are seeking a seasoned Employee Relations Specialist to provide strategic support to our team.
The Role- Supports People Business Partners and Business Leaders in effectively managing business matters and ER cases such as Performance Management, Grievances, Misconduct, Investigations, and employee disputes.
- Develops, implements, and manages company's employment related compliance activities.
- Coaches managers on policy, procedures, and best practices in enhancing capabilities and confidence of leaders in managing ER and other People matters.
- Partners with People Centers of Excellence and People Business Partners in compliance requirements, audits implementation, monitors progress, and responds to audits.
- Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years of related experience.
- Strong track record of ER experience in Australia in highly commercial and multi-national environments.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
