Workplace Relations and Employment Lawyer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced lawyer to join our dynamic workplace relations and employment team.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a senior member of the team to advise clients on all aspects of industrial relations, employment law, discrimination, work health and safety, and litigation across various courts and tribunals.

  • A minimum of 8 years post-qualification experience with demonstrated expertise in a senior associate/special counsel role
  • Demonstrated capability to work autonomously as well as within a team to manage a diverse workload
  • Experience in supervision and mentoring of junior staff
  • A high degree of initiative, dedication, and commitment to client service
  • Strong communication skills and practical problem-solving skills

Your Key Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for advising clients on all aspects of industrial relations and employment law. This will include providing strategic advice on complex matters and drafting legal documents. You will also have the opportunity to develop and participate in business development initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and be able to work effectively in a team environment. They will also have a proven track record of delivering exceptional results and meeting deadlines.
