Job Description

Seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to lead commercial strategy and risk management during the pre-contract phase. This role will drive strategic impact on work winning initiatives, leading front-end commercial activities for new business and major renewals.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of construction principles, legal frameworks, and commercial governance. They will be skilled in risk management, pricing, and dispute resolution, with excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

This is a hands-on role in a well-supported professional team that works on exciting opportunities within the telecommunications market.

  • Lead commercial strategy and risk management during the pre-contract phase.
  • Review and assess tender documents, contracts, and pricing for new and renewal opportunities.
  • Develop and implement commercial strategies aligned with business procedures.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The successful candidate will have:

  • Degree-qualified in Business, Law, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in commercial and contract management, ideally within Telco or civil construction.
  • Strong commercial acumen with a proven track record managing multi-million dollar projects.
