Job Title: Senior Commercial Lead

This is a site-based position for the duration of the project. You will work as the commercial lead alongside a Project Manager and have a CA underneath to help administer the project.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the contractual management of a high-profile hospitality project
  • Oversee the full contract lifecycle from pre-construction through to project completion
  • Manage head contract administration, procurement, and negotiation
  • Review, assess, and manage variations, claims, and contractual risks
  • Maintain accurate and timely cost reporting to ensure financial performance aligns with project goals
  • Support the delivery team to meet programme, budget, and quality targets
  • Provide commercial advice and reporting to the Project Director and senior leadership
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams
Requirements:
  • Mid-Senior level experience in commercial management
  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to negotiate and manage contracts
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
