About The Role

As the Commercial Strategy Manager, you will sit within a specialist team that partners closely with Sales on major client opportunities. You'll model complex commercial deals, design pricing strategies, and present data-led solutions to enterprise customers. Acting as the link between financial analysis and client engagement, you'll help secure the organisation's largest wins and ensure commercial profitability. This is a high-impact role with exposure to senior leadership and close collaboration across Sales, Operations and Growth functions.

Duties
  • Lead the design and modelling of enterprise tenders and pricing strategies
  • Partner with Sales to build and present compelling commercial solutions to clients
  • Analyse financial data and margin drivers to guide profitable decision-making
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Growth, and Product to align solutions with delivery
  • Translate complex data into clear commercial narratives for external stakeholders
  • Mentor and support team members in developing commercial and analytical capability
Skills & Experience
  • 5+ years' experience driving commercial strategy, consulting, finance, or procurement initiatives
  • Demonstrated success managing complex tenders, pricing structures, and high-value strategic deals
  • Advanced skills in financial modelling and data analysis (proficient in Excel/Google Sheets)
  • Inspires and leads cross-functional teams, aligning them around clear business priorities
  • Experience in technology, consulting, logistics, or supply chain environments is a plus
  • Strong presenter, comfortable engaging with senior client stakeholders
  • Proactive self-starter who excels in dynamic, collaborative settings
  • Skilled at bridging strategic vision with hands-on execution
