We're seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our vibrant team as a crew member at Grill'd in Rockingham. As a key part of our hospitality team, you'll be the face and hands behind our brand, delivering exceptional customer service with a fun and friendly vibe.

**About the Role:**

This is a part-time position that requires availability for various shifts during the week and on weekends. You'll work closely with our team to ensure seamless operations, from preparing quality ingredients to providing outstanding customer service.

**Key Responsibilities:**

As a Customer Service Specialist, you'll take pride in prepping quality ingredients with love, mastering various stations (chips, buns, dress bench, grill, wrap, floor, and till), and ensuring the restaurant is always sparkling clean. Your excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team will make you an invaluable asset to our fast-paced, fun, and customer-focused dining environment.

**Requirements:**

  • While previous experience in a customer-facing or kitchen environment is welcome, we value individuals who bring enthusiasm, a positive attitude, and a passion for delivering excellent customer service in a hospitality setting
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills are essential
