About the Role

This part-time Sales Assistant position will focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences in our Rockingham store. You will build rapport with regular customers, recognize loyal customers, and provide care and fashion consultation in a professional yet friendly manner.


Your Responsibilities

You will be the ambassador of our brand, modeling Ally Fashion's values of Customer-Centric, Achieving Excellence, Display Honesty, and Forever Evolving. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Staying on top of stock levels
  • Connecting with customers to drive sales results
  • Maintaining in-store visual merchandising
  • Supporting duties such as fitting room assistance and checkout support

About You

To succeed in this role, you should have a passion for fashion, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and be proactive, hands-on, and self-driven. You should thrive under pressure and have a proven track record of success in retail, preferably in the fashion industry.
