Job Title: Client Experience CoordinatorWe are seeking a Client Experience Coordinator to join our team in Melbourne. As a key member of our Workplace team, you will be responsible for creating an inclusive and welcoming environment for clients, visitors, and employees.
Key Responsibilities:- Anticipate client and visitor needs, provide prompt response to requests, and take initiative by troubleshooting problems and finding solutions.
- Work with the Workplace Experience Lead to coordinate events and activations through cross-functional collaboration with internal and external stakeholders and third-party suppliers.
- Provide prompt assistance to staff, clients, and visitors with practical requirements such as security passes, Wi-Fi access, etc.
- Look for ways to continuously broaden the offering to improve client and employee experience.
- Proactively engage with internal stakeholders, external clients, and vendors to develop and maintain strong relationships with the view to model good experience delivery for the business.

To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience in a people-centric, client or customer service-focused role.
- Prior experience or training in the catering or event management industry will be highly regarded but is not essential.
- Ability to quickly learn digital collaboration tools and new systems.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including written communication.
- Collaborative team player with the confidence to influence up, down, and across the organisation.
- Personable and enthusiastic nature, genuine passion for providing an elevated service, and ability to create an inclusive and welcoming environment.
- Self-starter who is adaptable, resilient, and thrives in a fast-paced, exciting, people-centric environment.
