About the Role

We are seeking a Client Services Coordinator to join our Accounting team. As a dedicated point of contact and support for our clients and Accounting Directors, you will manage diaries, coordinate corporate compliance, assist in business development, and support the Practice Manager with various projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support 3-4 Directors with their busy schedules, including diary management, travel plans, and client contact schedules.
  • Assist Directors and team members in business development activities.
  • Ensure the company complies with statutory and regulatory requirements and maintains high standards of corporate governance.
  • Organize and manage board meetings, including preparing agendas and circulating papers.
  • Coordinate corporate compliance, including entity set-ups, registrations, and maintenance of corporate records.
  • Prepare proposals and engagement letters for clients and assist with client onboarding and offboarding processes.

Requirements

We are looking for someone with a minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience as a client services administrator in a business services accounting firm. You should be familiar with relevant software and tools, such as Microsoft Office Suite, Power Bi, and project management software.
