Client Experience Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Client Experience Coordinator to join our team at Aurecon Australasia Pty Ltd. As a key member of our Workplace team, you will be responsible for creating an inclusive and welcoming environment for clients, visitors, and employees.
Your primary focus will be on providing exceptional client service, anticipating client needs, and taking initiative to troubleshoot problems and find solutions. You will work closely with the Workplace Experience Lead to coordinate events and activations, and provide prompt assistance to staff, clients, and visitors with practical requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Anticipate client and visitor needs, provide prompt response to requests, and take initiative to troubleshoot problems and find solutions
- Work with the Workplace Experience Lead to coordinate events and activations through cross-functional collaboration with internal and external stakeholders and third-party suppliers
- Provide prompt assistance to staff, clients, and visitors with practical requirements such as security passes, Wi-Fi access, etc.
- Look for ways to continuously broaden the offering to improve client and employee experience
- Proactively engage with internal stakeholders, external clients, and vendors to develop and maintain strong relationships with the view to model good experience delivery for the business
