Client Support Coordinator

The Client Support Coordinator plays a vital role in assisting the sales teams in delivering revenue by providing comprehensive administrative support, ensuring smooth operations, and exceptional customer service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:- Process orders and coordinate media schedules to ensure timely and accurate execution of media campaigns.
- Measure client satisfaction through feedback surveys, ratings, and testimonials to identify areas for improvement.
- Monitor response and resolution times to demonstrate proactive communication and problem-solving skills.
- Assess the efficiency and accuracy of order processing activities to ensure effective coordination with internal departments.
- Track client retention rates to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Solicit feedback from the frontline sales team on the support provided by the Client Support Coordinator to ensure effective collaboration and communication.
- Experience in providing administrative support to sales teams, preferably in a client-facing role.
- Demonstrated experience in delivering exceptional customer service and support to clients.
- Strong administrative skills, including organization, time management, and attention to detail.
- Experience in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems, such as Salesforce, is advantageous.
- Experience in generating reports, creating presentations, and managing data in spreadsheet and presentation formats supports efficient administrative tasks and reporting activities.
