Client Services Coordinator

Job Title: Client Services Coordinator
About the Role:
- Coordinate client-approved wealth strategies and investment recommendations.
- Provide exceptional administrative support to clients and financial advisors.
- Assist with maintaining accurate client data in XPLAN, collect third-party authority information, and prepare for client reviews.
- Manage the annual advice consent process to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Liaise with internal business units on behalf of financial advisors to ensure successful client outcomes.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of systems and processes.
What You'll Need:
- Proven experience delivering excellent client service in a client-facing role.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Experience using financial planning software (XPLAN) and an understanding of financial products.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently with a 'can-do attitude' in a collaborative, open-plan environment.
- Ability to perform under pressure and work within a well-defined compliance framework.
