  • About the Role:
  • We are seeking a skilled Client Experience Ambassador to join our team at JLL. As a key member of our operational team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our client sites.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide superior customer service to meet on-site client expectations, ensuring a positive and productive working environment.
  • Manage all contractors on site to ensure they perform to required standards, including inspections of vendors' works.
  • Assist in financial processes to ensure timely and accurate completion of financial management requirements.
  • Conduct regular health and safety audits to ensure safety procedures are in place and working effectively.
  • Seek ways to reduce costs and improve operational standards, maintaining premises in neat and good working condition.
  • Assist with receptionist coverage from time to time and coordinate with pantry staff to ensure pantry and vending machine items are always in stock.
  • Follow established escalation procedures and incident reporting procedures.
  • Requirements:
  • At least 2-3 years of prior experience in facilities, property management, hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
  • Understanding of basic technical aspects of property is advantageous.
  • Demonstrates ability to prioritize and manage the completion of projects in an efficient and timely manner.
