This role is ideal for an experienced Human Capital Specialist who is pragmatic, solution-focused, and possesses excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills. A strong understanding of industrial relations legislation and framework is essential, along with generalist skills. Experience working with blue-collar workforces is highly regarded.
