About the Role

Our company seeks a skilled Bid Coordinator to prepare and submit high-quality proposals and tenders. The successful candidate will coordinate proposal preparation, manage submission processes, design presentations, and assist with content development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate proposal preparation, collation, formatting, and submissions;
  • Design presentations for client interviews using InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop software;
  • Manage post-submission processes, including clarifications, resubmissions, and bid meetings;
  • Assist in developing content and communication strategies via social media platforms;
  • Monitor tender search websites and portals for potential project opportunities;
  • Perform general administration tasks as required.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar submission/bid coordinator position in the natural built industry;
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop is essential;
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are necessary;
  • Self-motivated individuals who can work autonomously and collaboratively are ideal candidates;
  • Able to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
